The event, which benefits the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund, kicks off with a celebrity motorcycle ride from Glendale to Encino, California, followed by a rock concert at Encino’s Los Encinos Park.

The concert will end with an all-star jam that will include performances by ex-AC/DC and Dio drummer Simon Wright, longtime Dio keyboardist Scott Warren, Thin Lizzy and Black Star Riders singer Ricky Warwick, founding Buckcherry guitarist Keith Nelson and many others.

The show’s lineup also includes Petty Cash, a band that mashes up the music of Tom Petty and Johnny Cash and features Fuel members Jason Womack and Phil Buckman.

The event also features silent and live auctions featuring rock memorabilia, as well as food trucks, beverages, a raffle and more. In addition, medical experts will be on hand to help raise awareness about cancer detection and prevention.

The Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund was founded by the singer’s widow, Wendy, and helps in cancer prevention, research and education by distributing funds to various charities and medical facilities.  Ronnie died on May 16, 2010, from stomach cancer at the age of 67.
