Jim Rakete/earMUSICDeep Purple will return to the U.S. this September for a new leg of its Long Goodbye Tour. The trek, which features more than 30 dates, gets underway September 3 in Riverside, California, and is plotted out through an October 19 show in Minneapolis.

Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, May 10, at 10 a.m. local time, while VIP packages will be available via a pre-sale starting Tuesday, May 7, at 10 a.m. local time.

A “Diamond” package will offer premium seats, a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with one or more band members — except for singer Ian Gillan — an exclusive signed lithograph, a commemorative laminate and lanyard, the chance to have one item personally autographed by a band member, and more.

After the U.S. trek, Deep Purple will play a series of Eastern European concerts in December.

Deep Purple last toured the States in August and September of 2018. That leg, which also included some Canadian shows, saw the band teaming up with fellow U.K. hard-rock legends Judas Priest. Deep Purple’s latest studio album, inFinite, was released in 2017.
